Hey Lauren! I really enjoyed reading about your interpretation of the Ghazal I found it very informative. I like when you talk about how you find the poem engaging and how you highlight the non obvious connections between distinct couplets of the Ghazal. I agree with what you are saying here and think that each Ghazal is unique in it's own way, however I think the connection between each couplet can relate to each other in some form. I also like how you say it gives freedom in reading into the poems perception since the couplets and be opened up for interpretation more as well. I never thought of this but I can see how it connects back to the Ghazal form and structure. One last question I have for you Lauren is Do you like how that sometimes Ghazals can be open for interpretation or do you find it confusing?
